BMW 750 Li

The F02 epitomizes luxury and performance with its elegant design, refined interiors, and powerful engine. Renowned for its spaciousness and comfort, this 7 Series BMW offers all the features you could ever dream of. Yes, it even has TVs for the backseat passengers. One of these will set you back about 20-25 thousand euros. Being an L model, it means it is a bit longer than the non-L model. Why would you want a longer car? Well:

  1. More space for storage.
  2. Comfort, especially for the tall Vikings that have to sit in the back. Way more legroom for them.
  3. Ride quality: Longer wheelbases contribute to a smoother ride quality.
  4. Handling and stability: They may not be as nimble as smaller cars, but at higher speeds, they offer better stability due to their extra weight. And trust me, you will be going fast in them.

The new 7 Series is probably the best BMW you could ever buy. But if you look at the price, then you should probably think twice. And also, don’t forget that the 750 Li takes about 15-20l/100km… which is A LOT. So definitely not a daily driver, but something for Sundays to enjoy nice weather and maximum comfort. Just turn your massage on and enjoy your day.

BMW 535d

In my opinion, this is one of the best “newer model” looking BMWs. With its headlights having so-called “eyebrows” in stock and being customizable (not really in a legal way, but hey… gotta do what you gotta do). Also, the 535d having twin turbos means it will go vroom vroom really easily and really fast. Fun fact about the E60: Some might think that the E60 M5 550i is the best E60 out there, but trust me, the E60 535d twin-turbo with a straight pipe, DPF, and EGR delete will go as fast if not faster, is more economical, and has way better sound. Do you like fun facts? Well here few more about the 535d:

  1. Twin-Turbo Diesel Engine. As previously mentioned, the 535d has twin turbos, meaning it offers enhanced performance, better efficiency, reduced turbo lag, and obviously double the boost.
  2. Exceptional Torque. This provides strong acceleration and effortless overtaking capabilities, which you obviously need with this monster of a car.
  3. Impressive Fuel Economy. You might think that the 535d eats up a lot of that tasty diesel, but no. The 535d’s fuel economy is really good, averaging about 7.8-8l/100km, which for a twin-turbo 6-cylinder 3.5-liter engine is just amazing.

Now, sadly, I have to inform you that the E60’s build quality is a bit lackluster. Some of the parts are either built really cheaply or prone to breaking very fast. And getting new parts for the E60 is not cheap either. Just for the two front lights, you have to pay about 1200€. But if you ignore that, then you have an amazing daily driver here that, without really pushing its limits, not just with speed but with everything else as well, will be just fine.

BMW 540i

Ahh… The classic E34. It’s one of the best-looking 5 Series BMWs ever made, striking the perfect balance between square and round shapes. Being the best with the 540i means this 5 Series monster accelerates really, REALLY fast (but also guzzles fuel like nothing else). Give it coilovers, some nice BBS rims, and dark-tinted windows, and you’ll be driving around like you’re the biggest mob boss in the world. The E34 is like a combination of the E30 and E36. It was also the last BMW where the hood opens up towards the front bumper. This car has so many different possible modifications you can do. Here are just a few that look amazing on this car:

  1. Suspension Upgrade. Of course, with a BMW, you have to get yourself some coilovers. Having this car super low to the ground makes the look already amazing. Even if the car is covered in rust, the first thing people see is the suspension.
  2. Exhaust System. Like with every gasoline-powered BMW, you have to get a straight pipe and popcorn mod on it. What is the popcorn mod? It’s kinda difficult to explain, but basically when you press the gas pedal, the exhaust will go *pop* *pop* *pop*.
  3. Lights. Even though the E34 didn’t come with factory angel eyes, there are aftermarket angel eyes for sale. Yes, they aren’t really that cheap (about 200-500€), but definitely worth the money.

This classic is something every BMW enthusiast likes. If you don’t, then do you even like BMWs? E34s that are in really good shape are used for showcases because who wouldn’t want to see one of these while looking at beautiful cars? Ones in worse condition are used a lot for drifting, especially during winter.
